I waited 2 Hours for a pizza they said would be here in 45 min, I called and checked on it and they kept saying on their way! But nope! Never arrived. I spoke with the manager who was RUDE ! I will never get it again! Also, once I said I wanted a refund, the manager hung up on me. They need 1 less employee/ manager. I do not recommend this pizza

Romeos encourages customers to register on their app and receive rewards points but then ghost them when assistance is needed. No one can answer why I’m not receiving correct rewards points when ordering from Hard Rd location. Very frustrating considering how often I order for them.

Big bummer here, ordered online for carry out and was quoted at 25min, and came into the shop where probably 10-15 others were waiting. They were quoting people in the shop up to two hours wait time. I cancelled my order after waiting 30 additional minutes, and found that it hadn’t even been prepped, and there were over 10 orders ahead of mine. This is not the employees fault, but likely a management issue or just general short staff. They should not continue taking orders when it is this backed up. Sounds like, based on other reviews, this happens a lot.
