We ordered here through door dash. Neither of our kids meals came with a drink. We spent extra money to get loaded fries which they short us. I call them to see if thry can make it right. They said they couldn't send it out even though it was their error. I would have to come pick it up. Sorry I have two sick kids that's the reason I got delivery. This is unacceptable.

Placed a pick up order on-line, and it was a great experience! My southwestern burger was not over cooked, and the onion rings were well battered and fried well. My wife’s club was perfectly toasted and had a generous portion of toppings. She also loved her onion rings. Our daughter has the chicken strip basket with fries. It was a great portion, and she was very happy with her fries. They weren’t soggy or over seasoned. Pick up was simple, just go to the back bar and they’ll take care of you. The place was busy, and patrons were enjoying booth friendly service, and a heads spinning number of high quality TVs. Thanks Scoreboard, it was a home run!

Went there tonight to eat, no one came to serve us. One waitress told the other one we were at her table and her response was, I am not taking a table Im going to eat, no one bothered to wait on us so we left. Typically don't have issues other than slow service but they really need to have a system when someone is going to break that someone covers their tables not just ignore their customers

First visit. No complaints about any of the food. Place was packed, that led to slower service than I belive would be normal. For example, our food was 30min later than expected. As crazy as it was, the staff were all pleasant and apologized for the wait. Gotta visit again when it's a bit calmer.Jerry, it was a pleasure to have you join us for your first visit, and we're truly grateful for your patience over the holiday weekend.
