Best urgent care experience I’ve had. They took me quickly, we’re comprehensive, and efficient. Everyone was friendly, too, and kind. When I need to go to an urgent care, this will def be the one I go to.

Not much more I can say about the staff here but simply amazing. HIPPA prevents me from sharing details about my personal experience here but I can say that from the front desk staff, to the Nurses, assistants, and Doctors in the back, the TEAM here worked just as that a team to provide me with the quality service I went there for and went far beyond expectations to accommodate my individual needs. I’d recommend this clinic to any loved one, and hope to solely use them if I have needs that they can provide the service for in the future as my first impression (and only) was extraordinary. Great job ladies and gents!

Just left the facility in Westwood. The girls are very rude as if I was bothering them. Had a confirmation for a drug screen and was there at 8am. Was told the day before from there office to be there at 8am. They said I could not get a drug screen until 10am. No one in the facility except me! All talking about their weekend! Will never go to this location again!!

I woke up this morning needing a strep test for a very sore throat. I attempted to be seen at two other urgent cares closer to my home, and one minute clinic without success. I arrived to this practice and was seen in under an hour. The front desk staff was extremely kind and accommodating, especially as I did not have an appointment. I was brought to the exam room by the medical assistant who was personable, kind, compassionate, and thorough while asking questions, taking vital signs, and performing the necessary tests. Finally, I was seem by the PA who truly allowed me to make decisions in regards to my treatment and was collaborative with my care. I highly suggest that if you have any urgent care needs, you go to this practice!

We provide convenient care during extended hours and offer patients the flexibility of walking in to receive care at a time that is most convenient for them. Patients also have the option to check-in online to hold a spot in the wait queue. This is not an appointment, though allows patients to “hold their spot” in line and receive a text message when it is their turn to come in and complete the check-in process in person.
