Edited from 5 to 3 stars because everytime I call I am on hold for 10+ minutes and it's is taking over 7 days to have someone fix a prescription that was sent into the pharmacy incorrectly. I spent collectively over an hour being on hold at thr pharmacy alongside reaching out to Brighams to check on the status of my medication. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be if this was life saving medication. Otherwise, I personally have had a great experience here otherwise. I was seen early as there was no one in front of me. The nurse practitioner did a thorough exam and ordered my annual blood tests, which I was able to get done downstairs within minutes after my exam. They have so many specialists under one roof which is awesome. Also, they have appointments on Saturday and offer telehealth follow ups. So convenient!

I had high expectations with receiving medical care that were then shut down very quickly. Making an appointment was brutal. Even then I get a voicemail saying THEY “incorrectly scheduled” my appointment that I scheduled MONTHS ago, so now it had to be rescheduled for 3 months out. Ridiculous.

I was never checked in by the front desk staff for my mammogram even though she said I was. Waited for a for more than 40 minutes only to find out that the tech, thinking I was a “no show” left for lunch. She never even bothered to go to the waiting room to see if was there. Instead, her lunch break took precedence over my cancer screening.

Awful. My pcp does not read her own notes. The NP literally snapped at me my first visit and said "listen lady...". I was absolutely shocked. I currently am struggling to get an appointment. I will be changing my pcp. This place is horrible.
