The food was, for the most part, very good. The bloomin onion was a bit overcooked, but still good. Service, however, was incredibly slow. I figured at 8pm on a Saturday night it might be busy, but it was dead. Considering how slow it was, there was really no excuse for how slow or server was. We were 3/4 done eating before he came to check how the food was. It took 10 minutes to get refills on our drinks, 10 minutes to get a box for leftovers, at least 10 to get the bill and even longer for him to come back for payment. I doubt I'll return, just based on the service.

I was meeting a friend who I haven't seen in a while. We hen we got together It looked like a " before" pictures for a hair club for men commercial. We shared an appetizer and then ordered a meal. The bartender was funny and friendly. The food was great and tasted fresh. I love this place. No matter which one I go to.. There is always great delii consistency

Just wanted to thank the girls who put me on a 45 minute waiting list at 645 pm tonight and it’s now 1045. Still no call. I understand it’s busy on a Saturday night but it’s not a 4 hour wait kind of busy. Never received a call and when I called at 730 if the girl even Put my name in she said your on the list and blew me off!

Having been several times I anticipated a decent meal. However tonight was not a great experience. We waited 10 minutes for he waitress to even say hello. Then we ordered drinks and an app. All were fine. Salads came and my salad didn't have the dressing on it (typically it is tossed with a vinaigrette). We asked for more bread twice and never received it. My boyfriends salad had very little dressing. Our meals came and my boyfriends steak was so charred it was inedible. My steak was charred on one side but not horrible. (Picture below of my medium rare steak). We asked for another soda and this time they brought diet. We were drinking regular. I was never offered another water. I asked for a manager and asked for a new steak. Never being rude or upset. They cooked another steak. This time it was a fatty steak but cooked well. Unfortunately the flaws throughout the entire meal was just not acceptable. We won't be back.
