The food is absolutely terrible. With that said I do like to same something positive about a place. The wait staff were very friendly. This place is lage and has what looks like could be a great outdoor area. It could be alot of fun and could really be something if they can fix the kitchen and stay open later for those looking for a party.

The past two times we ate here it went pretty good, decent food, service, timing. However this past visit, was not so well. The only thing that made it worth three stars was the waiters response to try an make it better, the nachos we ordered where very bland, very little shredded cheese an hamburger, mostly chips, the steak my wife ordered had no flavor, I'm assuming it wasnt seasoned while on the flat top, the alligator bites where over cooked, it was just crunchy shell, the breading on the shrimp I ordered was over cooked, so hard an crunchy I had to break it off an eat the shrimp without the breading, me an my wife come from the food industry, both of us former managers of similar style places, I get it. Sometimes your short handed, sometimes your training new people who don't know how to properly prepare all the food correctly etc etc. The waitress had to get approval from the manage to discount the steak an take the alligator bites off, an not one time did the manger come an speak to us.

Below average food and atmosphere. I got what appeared to be honey mustard with my burnt coconut shrimp. My “island rice” was closer to Taco Bell rice, think rice with cumin. The mac and cheese was super thick and more like Mac and cheese water. Overall very underwhelming and disappointing.

Colorful tropical theme with outdoor covered porches and a smaller tiki bar hut. The hostesses were friendly though a menu couldn't be located until later. (They were busy.) Once we found a seat in the bar area, we had to go back out front to have a hostess find us a waitress. We ordered two of the fried green tomatoes appetizer. Never received napkins or silverware, even after asking. Food was very bland. Unimpressive. It appears the only draw is whatever band is playing at the time. Thankfully there was an amazing guest singer who raged for a couple of songs! Definitely made the drive over worthwhile!
