If you have the option to use another pharmacy, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I have a prescription refill that I have been requesting for a week now. I have had to call them repeatedly and wait in hold for over 20 minutes to speak with them. Each time, they tell me my medicine is being ordered (they don't keep it in stock)stocks, only to find out that they failed to order it. I cannot tell you how much time I have wasted chasing them around for this one medicine. The staff is dismissive and incompetent.

The only reason for the 5 stars is Sierra in the pharmacy. I stopped one day after going to urgent care. They were swamped to say the least. Understaffed and a line longer than the Mason Dixon. Regardless, that young lady ran them whole front. She had two registers going, took new Rx’s and triage questions coding in the pharmacist when she was needed. Things ran smoothly, efficiently and people were impressed. I was there for 1.5hrs waiting for my rx to be filled. She kept it running the whole time. One lady had an issue while I was there. It was nothing to do with her, it was a system issue. You need more of her, and appreciate her for the ability to assist effectively.

Manager of this store is incredibly rude. She made me feel as though I was running her day by asking for help finding a product. She was also rude to another employee as he was trying to help me. Ridiculous. If I acted this way at my work, i would be fired immediately. I feel sorry for her co workers.
