Thank you to the owner, Seth, for going above and beyond to get us safely on the road (truck issue), thank you Bob Kennedy for seeing this sale through, thank you to their service and front desk help….I wish I had their names. Everyone was friendly and helpful way above what is ordinary. I will be back for our next purchase.

Nelson's trailer service is AMAZING and they get a 100 in my book! I was traveling from south Florida to Texas with my boyfriend and his 12 horse trailer. We were loaded down with 9 horses and discovered the trailer breaks stopped working. Any horse person knows this is a total nightmare to have a trailer issue when loaded up and far from home. Not to mention a huge safety issue if we needed to stop suddenly and only had the truck breaks (trailer will jackknife and flip and would possibly be fatal for horses and people). The other issue was it is HOT and the horses were stuck in the trailer. I called Nelson's after finding them online and they were able to get us in and out FAST. 1 hour tops and the price was MORE than fair! I was expecting 3x as much. Shannon at the front was so sweet and helpful and she and one of the mechanics knew we would be arriving around lunch time but they stayed through their lunch break to make sure they could help us get back on the road quickly! She offered to let me and my 3 dogs come in the lobby and wait in the AC while the mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work. Miraculously, they had the part in stock and the know how to get the job done right and FAST. People and businesses like this are HARD to come by. The trailer breaks are working great and we are back on the road before lunch hour even done. Praise GOD for Nelson's trailer and their kind honest staff. If I lived in this area they would be the ONLY place I'd use!

My mom and I recently purchased a used LQ trailer from Nelson’s and had a great experience. Kevin helped us find a trailer that met all of our needs and was able to offer us a fair price on our trade-in. We had a small issue with the trailer shortly after purchase but Nelson’s went out of their way to correct the issue without question. Great customer service never fails!

Watch out if you sell a trailer on consignment. You will get a Consignment sale agreement for what you agree on how much money you want in your pocket and they will sell your trailer and then tell you they sold it for you for the amount you are supposed to get or less and then take an additional 10% off that price so in the end you get a couple thousand less than what you originally agreed upon. Do I have a case for small claims? I am ready to file!!! I will never go back to Nelson and I will NEVER recommend them. But I will spread the word on how you better make sure they don't screw you in the end.
