As a new customer, I am a bit put off by the customer service. I was being waited on by a new person and she was pleasant but the other woman was bored, annoyed and just generally a bit away from being down right rude. Tough to get them away from their break room to load your car too

My fur-baby and I were staying at the Red Roof Inn, and had to leave our room, so they could clean it, I decided to walk her down the street and was so excited to find someplace that my Willow would enjoy visiting! Bought a few toys, and they're not dead yet, and it's been almost 2 weeks! That's a record. Prices are what's expected from a quality food carrying feed store, if your pup has food allergies, I'd highly recommend stopping by

This place is fantastic! The young lady who helped me is a vet tech and was able to steer me in the right direction with my dogs regarding their nutritional needs, they have allergies and she was just a wealth of information. I learned So much from her in the 10 mins i was there. They also guaranteed the food I bought. The food was priced well and customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend!!
