Visited the Norwood store today Pete and Joe are the best, after dealing with Home Depot for about a week and a half I finally brought my sawsall into them and they had it back and running in no time. Thanks again gentlemen

I sent my drill in to be fixed and when it was done. They sent it to another person! The other person got in touch with me because all my info was on the box! So a total stranger got my name, number and email address! Unbelievable! I still haven’t heard from Milwaukee about my drill and they haven’t sent me my Impact driver back yet! Don’t bother sending your tools in to get fixed, just try to buy a new one. Less headache that way!

About 3 years ago I purchased one of those expensive tripod lights on a stand from the Milwaukee Rep who was doing the event at the Plumbig Suppy house in Hyannis. The deal was that it would come with an extra FREE battery. When I did get it I never got the extra free battery despite repeated call to the rep and voice mails. Ultimately the supply house gave me a used battery from a demo. If that all sounds weird..It was. Don't trust the reps. Additionally. I have lots of Milwaukee FUEL tools but the the triggers on impact drivers are very erratic and temperamental and the chuck on both drills often need channel locks to open them up to change drill bits. These are not heavily used tools. ALSO- about 18 months ago I dropped a battery when standing on floor level and the plastic shell flew apart and the RED and springs came flying out. THere's no way to snap it together or even bandage it. POORLY MADE STUFF but when they work they work well. If I have the time I'll come back and post pictures of the batter if I'm allowed to edit.

My brother and I went into this Milwaukee store about a month and a half ago or so. We stopped at this store because We are big Milwaukee fan. Every tool We have is Milwaukee. We don’t have stores like this from where We are from in NH, so We were excited. But that ended quickly because We got treated by the (front desk guy I’ll call him) like We didn’t even exist. Never looked up at us, no, how are you doing what can I help you with, nothing!!!! Gave us attitude when asking for prices. We were there to spend money. But he still didn’t want to help us. So fast forward to today 7/16/2018. We went back in to the store even know I didn’t want to because of last time but we wanted a hammer you can’t get at Home Depot and ( the mechanic I’ll call him) came out with a smile on his face and was such a nice guy, answered all our questions, was very polite, seamed like he loved the Milwaukee products, even pulled out the new 12 battery for us to check out. The other guy was there and still gave us an attitude, im guessing probably Because of the bad reviews we gave him last time. It’s probably why the mechanic came out and helped us. But honestly the only reason I’m giving this store a 5 star review is Because of the mechanic guy. Super nice guy. I will go back to that store just because of him. Thank you for the help mechanic, we really enjoyed are conversations and appreciated your help

Questions & Answers

To whom it may concern I bought a Milwaukee 12 V hammer drill they wouldn’t let me exchange it for a 18 V because the 90 days had passed was wondering if by any chance I can do that through your service company because Home Depot will not do it

Haha. Not a chance.

I have a 4 year old Milwaukee spring action hex bit drill, and the spring has popped loose for the second time. Do you repair your products?

Milwaukee tools have a 5 year warranty. You can drop it at this location for repairs. They have mailed my repaired tool back to me.
