My daughter went here for vision therapy and recently had an appointment for glasses. Dr Nate and his team are the best. My daughter is very anxious about any medical situation and Dr Nate is always so fun and upbeat with her. I was unsure she would cooperate with the eye dilation and he and his assistant made it a breeze. Although the vision therapy can be a little tedious, the therapist was always pleasant with positive feedback to keep my daughter motivated. We had a substitute therapist a few times and I can say they are all very communicative, patient and knowledgeable. The young lady who helped my daughter pick out her glasses was so fun and engaging. It was like a fashion show in the lobby. So glad to have such a great eye place near us.

Always professional! Everyone at the office is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Great selection of eyewear and the optometrists are the best! Just picked up my new sunglasses - progressive bifocals with polaroid lenses and anti-reflective coating. Love them!!! Can't get over how much clearer my vision is with my new prescription! Thank you Bright Eyes!

Dr. Beth and the whole team did an amazing job with my 8 year old son. She spoke to him in a very kid friendly manner. He was at ease during the entire visit.

If I had to sum up my experience in one word, it'd be "pleasant" From the moment I picked up the phone to schedule an appointment, to me leaving the office with my new glasses in hand (or rather, on my face), every interaction I had with the staff at Bright Eyes was fantastic! I think I spoke with a total of 6 members. They are all very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! The previous eye care facility I went to made me feel like I was crazy for an issue I was experiencing with the lenses they sold me. The staff at Bright Eyes did the complete opposite - they heard me out, understood the issue, explained what the solution was, and helped me get exactly what I needed. For those curious: I was seeing a prism effect (red and blue halos around objects) with high-index lenses. The staff helped me get Trivex lenses, which are a little thicker, but have much higher optical clarity. I'm very impressed with the COVID-19 practices that this location follows. Masks are required when you walk in, and you're immediately directed to wash your hands after you sign in. Appointments are required for everything (including picking up glasses), but this is also being done for safety. The appointments also help keep things moving smoothly here. I had two (one to order glasses, and another to pick them up). I was seen within minutes of checking in both times. We take our autistic daughter to the Bright Eyes Kids location (and they are awesome there as well!), but I did see kids being helped in this location too. The staff were very friendly, patient, and asked the kiddos great leading questions to help them find the perfect glasses frames. This was my first experience with Bright Eyes for my own vision care, and it certainly won't be the last. Highly recommended!!!
