Don't visit this location. Do yourself a favor. Been there multiple times out of necessity but never again. Rude employees almost everytime. Very disappointing.

I have been trying to get my package for three days. It was suppose to be delivered to my address but the driver didn’t leave it. This happened twice, and it wasn’t until I spoke to a third person at the facility that ironies require signatures for delivery. I work a part time job and am in medical school. I leave my house at 6:30am and don’t come back till 6pm. There’s no way I could be home for a delivery. On the third day I spoke to an agent at the facility 4x throughout the day trying to coordinate when I can get the package. She said that if I wasn’t home for the delivery then she would set it up so I could pick it up at the farmingdale facility tonight. When I arrived my package was not left there but instead loaded into a bag and tossed in a truck for the weekend. Words cannot describe how disappointed and disgusted I am with the handling of this situation. What’s worse is that there’s nothing I can do about this except write this review. I’m just so frustrated about the whole situation. Why wasn’t I told a signature would be required immediately or at least on the first day? And why wasn’t my phone left at a place I could pick it up after someone at the facility said that they would make sure it would be available for pick up after I called them 4x to make sure it would be available for pick up? Now I have to wait till Monday to pick it up. Literally due to negligence. I need a working cellular device to for work. Mine has been broken and buying a new phone isn’t cheap. I am so disappointed and angry. Frustrated. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Not happy!! They have my package and went to deliver it and I guess because they have someone new they could not find my house so they marked it Undeliverable: Incorrect address. The address is correct yet they have someone new that could not find my house. The customer rep calls me back and says do I want to pick it up and Im like no they need to deliver it here. She advised she would call be back and I have not yet received a call. I try to call back on the number she called me on and the number is not in service. Terrible service.

No fees. Just bring it to the UPS Facility properly packaged.

Yes, go to customer service in the front of the building, I'm not sure what time they open, check on line. You can also track the package if you have tracking number, it usually begins with 1Z
