Went through the drive thru. When I received my order the Soda was not full. It was a good 2 inches from the top. I asked for The girl at the window to please fill it up. She said what’s wrong with it. I said it’s not full can you fill it up please. She takes it and adds more ice to it from some random cup that’s sitting next to her on the counter. Oh Hell no!!! It’s hot. It’s busy. I can understand the attitude, everyone has one nowadays, but let’s not break the health code while we are at it.

Very slow service. We waited 20 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and an apple pie. They didn't bother to tell us that they had to cook more of the pies. The pies were nice and hot when they came, but the burgers were cold. I think they bagged the burgers right away then waited on the apple pies to be made. Communication would have been nice.

Should I complain that I didn't get my cookie for ordering at the kiosk like the sign said I would? Naaah! I don't need those calories. Ha! Although this location is not on my direct route of travel, it was worth making the u-turn and going out of my way. At the time I arrived at this location, the lot was pretty full and drive-thru appeared busy. Inside, there was a new hire orientation about to start, a handful of customers, and it looked like the staff was stretched thin. Despite this hustle and bustle appearance, they worked like a well oiled machine. Orders were filled correctly, buzzers tended to rapidly, and although they looked tired the staff still were courteous and maintained professionalism. The gentleman heading the orientation was calling for "Scarey Mary" to join them and I was kinda glad my order was complete and heading out the door before I found out who that was!

Using their own app. I gave them the code. And then didn't want to honor the discount. And when i also wanted the 2 for $6 deal. They said i can only use 1 coupon. I gave them no coupon or code for the 2 for $6 deal.
