If you're looking for a quick and easy drop-off donation spot, the Chicopee Goodwill Store has got you covered. I appreciated how the bins to drop off items were just a few feet from the entrance, making unloading our car quick and easy. While I didn't do any shopping, the store looked nice and clean, and you can probably find a few hidden gems among the shelves.

I love the Chicopee Goodwill!!! I always find treasures here but the best part are the folks that work there! They are friendly and helpful and always have a smile!!!

Due to Covid, they don't allow you to use the dressing room and they haven't been taking in as many donations, so the stock was pretty low. They had plenty of women's items, but not a single mens winter coat or pair of shoes. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will shop here again.

Decent selection of items, decently organized. One major problem with this location, it's extremely dirty. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Most products are dirty and not cleaned, esspecially items that aren't clothes.
