I had a great experience with Justin at the South Bay location. I was looking for a basic twin mattress and frame for my brother who is staying with me for a couple of weeks, which I found at a great price. After mentioning to Justin that I would be looking into purchasing an adjustable queen base for my new mattress at the end of the year, Justin sold me on buying one then. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Sometimes when you go into these type of places the salespeople can spend all the time trying to push you into buying, when you came in with a clear decision on what you want. Justin respected my decision right off in not buying the most expensive twin bed and frame, although he did spend the time in showing me the more expensive models. Although it was not my intention to purchase the adjustable frame now, the price was unbeatable. I spent months researching adjustable frames and can vouch that the $500 I saved on the frame was a big savings.
