Just want to say this Ulta Store deserves a lot of praise! I shop here all the time because they’re a larger store with good stock that is maintained well. The store is clean bright and organized. All of the employees are very hardworking and try their best to be helpful! I was reviewing my order history Sunday when I noticed there appeared to be a software glitch with 3 of my buy online pick up in store (BOPIS) orders. I called ahead and spoke to Kerline (hope I spelled her name right) at the store to explain this complicated issue to her. She understood immediately what I was trying to say which was such a relief and prevented it from becoming a very stressful issue to fix. I then met her in store to fix my orders. There were so many moving pieces to get right across the 3 large orders and she got everything right on the first try! I came at the worst time when the store was busy with lines of customers and watched firsthand how amazing Kerline was juggling my problems along with other customers! She worked so hard to take good care of me and other customers. I also watched her be readily available to help her coworkers when they had questions. Employees like Kerline are the reason why I choose to shop Ulta over all of its competitors. As a customer I try very hard on my end not to cause problems. Maybe because I’ve been in the workforce 20+ years, I don’t think customers should be so entitled to think “customers always right” but who a retailer hires to represent them and how they solve tough problems also reveals which retailer deserves your profitable business and which do not. I spent 20+ years shopping one of Ulta’s major competitors frequently and regularly. Once I discovered everything that Ulta has to offer, I only shop Ulta predominately now. Enough said.

Very disappointing customer service. Employees were all chatting with each other while we clearly were looking around for help and been in the store for about an hour and received no help. Had to drive out the city to go to another ulta that actually acknowledges their customers

I am an absolute makeup addict! I love Ulta. The products are endless and top quality. The prices are about what you'd expect but they are always having sales and there are coupons online if you have time to search.

Worst customer service! I went there twice and each time as soon as I enter the store they don’t take their eyes from me like if I will be stealing all their merchandise, the staff even follow you and ask every 10 minutes “if I do need help” like if I cannot shop in peace. They are very racist as I noticed that they only be behind colored people in the store. Staff don’t even greet you at all when you enter the store and neither are able to assist even to find a product. I will not be coming back to this store never again.
