Everytime you try and book an appt they have someone coming in. The last time I did book they didn't have for an hour even though I booked I'm done! Never trying to go here again! All customers are not treated fairly as the owner responded. I understand if there are no available appts for walkins but when I did book for an hour and I arrived I was told I could only get 30 mins, because someone else had an hour appt!

Bad Service, my daughter registered for me and her. The man never asks for our name and our phone number. So, he assumed to use the phone I called with. I told my daughter to call to make sure we have spot, and she uses her phone because I was in urgent call. The man tells my daughter no spots, that she never called. She even tells him my phone number because that where we originally call from. HE STILL INSISTED THATS NOT US. SO, we were like fine, let's make an appointment for the next day and we made sure to tell him our names and phone numbers, we made sure he noted it down. Then 30 minutes later I get call from him saying we have an appointment. we explained to him we just called him and rescheduled because he insisted, we never had a spot. He started screaming saying we wasted his time, that is very busy etc. and that we don't have a spot anymore for any days. LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS, ASK MY NAME AND ASK FOR MY PHINE NUMBER, MAKE SURE OF THAT. I DONT OWN YOUR BUSNESS, I DONT KNOW HOW IT'S RUN, TELL US YOU DO APPOINTMNETS BY THE PHONE NUMBER YOU CALL WITH.
