I’m not sure what type of business you guys are running, but please do it at your own expense. I spent over $100 for transportation to get there just to be told I MUST buy a package of $800 just to get laser hair removal for a small area (under lips). If the customer is obligated to pay for an $800 package, it would be common courtesy to let them know in advance. I’ve been to a plethora of spas & this is by far the most outrageous obligation I’ve heard. It’s one thing to have package options, but for it to be mandatory is ridiculous. Worse experience I’ve had at any spa. I’m so upset for my time and money being wasted. But i guess everything happens for a reason, so I’m thankful I didn’t leave my face in the hands of people who can’t even get the customer service aspect right. Some businesses are just in it for the money & some actually care about patients needs. I think it’s fair to say what rejuvenate spa NY Is in it for. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’m too flabbergasted to just walk away from this experience. I do not recommend this place.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE REJUVINATE SPA…they treat me like family ever since my first visit over 2yrs ago…I would never stop coming here and I highly recommend rejuvinate spa to everyone

I love this place and I definitely love my nurse Nataly. The place is always very clean and neat. The staff are great! Very helpful and friendly. I recommend this Spa.
