I spent close to $8000. Approximately 4.5 years ago. One by one the veneers place fell off. I tried to contact off and schedule an appointment and Noone picksup the phone .$8000. I received a call from a representative. Rude and condescending. Calmed I did not visit a dentist in a timely fashion. The records will show I visited their other site as well. No apologies just called to say he did not approve of my review.

Haven’t been to this dentist office for a while. They called me to make an appointment, I said good what do you have available, I agree with the date they did not ask me what kind of insurance do I have., For me I believe is protocol to ask the patient what kind of insurance they have or ask the question if the person has the same coverage. After I waited for twenty minutes they called me to the front desk and asked me if I still have my old insurance. Really front desk person? When you called could you ask me when if I was insured by my old one? Time wasted.

Dentist was great and fast. My rating is based on the rude front desk woman that didn’t check my insurance when I checked in. She had an old card on file with the same insurance company and I haven’t been there in a long time due to covid …
