Gymnis always very clean. Hours are convenient and location is great. Only issue here are the other patrons and the person trainers. They use multiple machines. I never thought there would be so many people that are just ignorant of how rude they are being.

Just joined. Well equipped and lively in the mornings. More than enough cardio equipment, a number of benches and a couple non-smith squat racks for those who don't want the assist. Don't forget to bring a lock if you wanna use a locker!

If you want to maintain healthy and workout throughout these unprecedented times, go to another gym 😂 with the appointment system slots are limited and very popular, only one appointment per day so if you miss it you will not have another opportunity to work out and limited 1 hour slots. It’s hard to keep up with my workout routine. It’s been a struggle to make it by the appointment time and if you’re late only have the remainder of the hour to work out. Depressed over this! - UPDATE: appointment system is no longer a thing, thank goodness!

Nice facility. Staff is clueless about COVID. The woman behind the counter was snippy when I asked why she wasn’t wearing a mask. It doesn’t occur to the staff that your a paying customer. The mandate was lifted by the state but it was still required indoors. She answers with an attitude and said “ you wear it if you want to.” Her manager had a mask on and backed her up. This place has always lacked adequately trained staff. POS: They lowered the “grey” membership to $10 a month and the place is way overcrowded. I quit! I’m not paying $20 while others pay $10. New York sports club pulled the same stunt more than 5 years ago and it didn’t go well for them. The higher paying members left. It’s really a stupid corporate strategy that doesn’t work. Members at 1/2 price means you get a bunch of new members they drive the higher paying members out and the equipment gets trashed. DUMB! FYI: Definition of the word requirement: officially compulsory, or otherwise considered essential; indispensable. "eight editions were published, each required reading for trainees"

Yes, deadlifting is not a problems there. The set up there is not like your typical Blink
Sat/Sun. It's open from 7am to 7pm. And week days 24hrs. 👍
