Hello David - I am sorry but that is not an error message that we are familiar with. If you would like to bring the printer in, we can see if there is anything wrong with the printer. I would also check your connection to the printer (wireless, ethernet, USB). The connection might have been removed/lost. The other thing you could try is uninstalling the printer and re-installing it. You can visit HP's website for the drivers. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/printers
