Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Just awful! Every time we call this service department they are extremely rude and downright horrible. The service department needs a complete overhaul of employees. I will never give this place any more business. Frankly, I am surprised they are still in business!

We wanted to get a feel for the sizes of a couple different campers. We explain what we were looking for and we’re completely ignored. Gary took us to the complete opposite size that we were looking for. Asking condescending questions and talking to us as if we were stupid and unable to afford what we wanted without any financial background information. I’m assuming it’s because we are both women. We were the only customers that day and we felt like we were interrupting their phone time. Worst customer experience by far. If you want to be talked out of buying a camper I would definitely suggest going here.

We had purchased a new travel trailer from Arlington back in Oct 21, had to bring it in for warranty service with a slide problem, spoke with Justin on Fri July 2nd and he had us bring it in July 5th, the service dep. had the problem fixed the next day, wanted to say he was extremely professional and knowledgeable, explained everything to me what had happened, Thank you Justin and the service department for getting it out in a timely manner

In April I bought a new Winnebago View 2022V from Arlington RV. My purchase experience went very well, both with Lou in Sales and Bill in finance. During my pre-purchase inspection with service tech Ben we did find an issue with the securing of the awning, which Ben and Tony the service manager resolved in one business day. I recently had a problem with a leak I discovered when emptying the gray tank. Tony immediately verified the issue and resolved it in less than 2 business days--a cracked plumbing connection between the pump and the gray tank. I have been impressed with the responsiveness and good customer service of the service team and the resolution of issues.
