The experience, great. I had a pleasant lunch with my sister and the waitress was funny, kind, and attentive. The food, not so much. The ribeye was dry and not tender. I am comparing it to the ribeye I had at a Longhorn in PA and I am just so disappointed with this one. It was so hard to chew that I only ate half. It was worst than the 8.99 ribeye I bought in the grocery store and cooked myself. The baked potato was also not so good as it is cold inside. The signature mac and cheese was great though! The t-bone my sister had was also dry and chewy. Love the service, but would not eat here again.

Great food! Short wait to be seated. Service was good but a little slow due to being short staffed in the kitchen. The delay is the only reason i didnt do 5 stars.

They don’t do reservations. They have a call ahead system that cuts your wait time down, but you still need to wait. The wait is just less than a walk-in. The wait also doesn’t start until you check in with a host, so trying to get on the actual waitlist before you’ve arrived isn’t going to work.
Yes we do. Our Prime Rib is marinated and slow cooked over night for 11 hours. It comes in 12oz and 16oz. Because a limited supply is cooked over night, come in earlier for lower temperatures (i.e Rare or Medium Rare).

You can do call ahead seating which means when you call and get there within 30 minutes they will put you ahead of the line . You still might have to wait about 20 minutes but it shortens the time
