I found the braiding hair I wanted but the hair was marked wrong and when we told the dark haired guy at the counter seems like he couldn’t care less. I signed up for the promos and text messages but when I tried to use a coupon on my hair he didn’t even look. I payed more than I was expecting to and didn’t feel like I was treated with respect.

I had a horrible experience here. I decided to purchase a wig. When I went to the to pay the man at the register told me that the price on the hair is an old price and that they forgot to take it off. But he will sell me the display for that price. I initially agreed until I heard him tell the sales girl to take a new wig from the box I was initially gonna buy & put that on the mannequin. I then ask him why he couldn’t give me the new one in the box and keep the old one on display consIdering the pricing was their mistake and not a huge difference. He got upset and insisted that he will not give me the new hair for that price and that I need to take the old display wig and that he is gonna put the new wig on display. This did not make sense to me. It’s a wig for display why would you put the brand new hair on display and give me the old one if you value me as a customer and human being? I left. I felt degraded and humiliated. The fact Mthat he would rather put the exact same new hair on the mannequin instead of just selling it to me and then update the price. I felt like he did not value me as a person. That I wasn’t good enough. Like he was just there to take our money because we are fools.
