This was quite simply one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The only two people who can process a reservation were 45 minutes late to work (such that I waited 45 minutes for my car beyond the time for which I had reserved it) and subsequently offered zero apology or explanation and were incredibly unprofessional. I called every Hertz number on the website to try to reach someone to complain and every single one goes to the same automated service with nothing relevant. When I emailed to complain, my concerns were completely dismissed and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Unbelievable.

The experience wasn't extremely terrible but can definitely be better, the staff do accommodate quite well. You should be careful when in line as the line is usually goes right in front of the return car lane so you should be careful and watch for CARS. Also you can not use a debit card you can only use a credit card so be ready for that.

Rented a car here on a Wednesday and the guys working were super nice. Really the only downside was that the car was not washed from the outside. The staff was really great.

At first I was not going to rent from this location due to the horrible reviews, however it was the most convenient. When arrived it was a smooth check in, I received my car with a full tank and clean in less than 20 minutes. The drop off was a breeze as well!
