I ordered a car over 3 months ago and was told I would have it within 2-3 months. I had been emailing with no response for weeks. I called this morning and was informed that my sales representative no longer works for them. But I was never contacted with a new sales representative and had no contact person. I also was told that my car is now expected in late August or early September. If they were honest about the timeline at first I would not have purchased from them. I’ve had no contact from them for the whole 3 months so far of waiting, no updates. Horrible customer service. I understand cars are taking long to produce right now but 6 months is ridiculous. The 2023 models will be released before I have my 2022!! Absolutely absurd.

Overall regular service to my car was amazing, fast and very detailed. However the gentleman that check me in was curt, he refused to make eye contact with me, I had to repeatedly tell him that I had a complementary oil change and tire rotation due my equinox being newly purchased, He never apologized for dismissing me or attempting to charge me just said "so and so " will come get you when your car is ready. Overall I love the dealership unfortunately the have a rotten egg working for them!

We are located directly off Route 24 - Exit 31B (Old Exit 17B), which is the EASTON Route 123 West. At the traffic lights, take a left and our entrance is after the large Chevrolet sign. Many customers get confused and enter the shopping plaza in error by the large Chevrolet sign. A small Chevrolet sign is located at our main entrance.
