I couldn’t get a digital coupon on my phone for the bread so I went to customer service. The woman looked it up and said it was an old sign. I said it should not be there and should be removed at which time she ran over to remove the sign. However, she refused to honor the discount that was posted even when it was their mistake. I always have trouble with their customer service. It is very disappointing especially when you spend hundreds of dollars a week there. Customer service employees clearly don’t treat the customers correctly.

Horrible customer service. Cashiers picked and chose what customers they wanted to ring. I felt discriminated waiting online to be picked. Management needs to weed out some bad apples in that store. Also someone needs to weed out the bad management as well.
