My daughter recommended me this place and said it was really good so I decided to go for it and try it with her. She went last year with her dad and everything was great for them. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case when I went with her. We had made a reservation for 7pm and when we got there we got sat right away which was the only good part of this experience. I’m only giving one star because I can only give one star and that star goes to the poor young hostess girl who had to apologize for the manager and wait staff. She needs a raise!! :( Anyways, we were waiting for someone to acknowledge us for over 20 minutes. Nothing. Not even a look was made by any of the wait staff. There was a couple right beside us who had been there prior to us even arriving, and they only had their drinks. Come to find out that they had been waiting for their waiter to come and take their orders for food but he never did so they decided to pay for their drinks and leave. As they were leaving, the man was trying to insert his card into the credit card machine slot, this waiter (who was obviously either drunk or high) said in a very rude tone to this man, “you put the card in this way”. Overall, this waiter had an awful attitude and didn’t seem professional at all. Absolute nightmare. After witnessing this, my daughter and I decided to leave because we didn’t feel like waiting a century for a simple acknowledgement. Basically, this incident had ticked me and my daughter off so bad that we didn’t even want to go out to dinner anymore. We had our night turned upside down due to lack of staffing and rude employees. I’m sure this has a lot to do with the pandemic because I’ve seen this happening everywhere not just here, but it’s such a shame because I was looking forward to dining here and having some Caribbean food. Hopefully places can start hiring people who actually care about their work and enjoy what they do. Really sucks what our world is coming to. The world is ending soon be warned! We need a change this is outrageous. So disappointing the fact we ended up bringing home Five Guys to our hotel room. People do the world a favor and WORK!! We really can’t keep going like this in life. Prepare for another Great Depression!! We need change!!!!!!!

Very nice staff. The menu was limited and pricey for what you get for a meal. Not a good place to watch a sports game . Limited beers on tap . The food would have been better if the buns didn't come out burnt and covered in cilantro. I don't exactly know how Guy Fieri gave this place a good raring. Maybe since then quality has changed.

Prime location, excellent service, delicious food. We ordered the pu pu platter, chowder, lemonades. The food was so tasty and flavorful. My daughter really enjoyed their chowder, since it had bacon bits. On top of that, the servers were so friendly and helpful. I can't wait for another date night to come back with out kids, so we can enjoy drinks and more yummy food. 😋
