Don’t place phone orders here unless you intend on waiting 45 minutes on a line that is out the door with about 15 people. Dont even dare cut through all the people waiting to order to ask to pay for your food that you already ordered ahead of time and is ready, they will tell you to get to the back of the line. Not an efficient system. Place sucks. Bagel&bites or Russos, highly recommend.

To be honest the bagels are good. but it doesn’t make up for the horrible customer service I received the last two times I went there. It would definitely be a 4 star if the women behind the counter would have a better attitude and be more courteous. They also turn the grill off like 2 hours before closing.
