This place is a disaster. Shame because it wasn't bad when I first moved to this town. Food is never cooked right. They run out of everything constantly. We once sat at the drive threw order speaker for 8 minutes with no communication. Like no "one moment we will be with you soon". We literally thought maybe the speaker was broken. We pulled up to the window and told the girl and then asked to place our order there. The girl was like "can you pull around again?" And sit in the massive line that has accumulated? No thanks. I only go to the Walden location now because while it's a bit of a longer drive they are competent and it ends up being faster because they take your order faster and make it correctly and get it out to you faster.

I frequent this Dunkin almost daily. Over the last month I have seen many new faces. They look as if they are trying very hard. Some days I go in to the store, such as 3 weeks ago. I was in there and there was a very NASTY lady yelling at an employee. I mean Yelling. The poor girl looked as if she was ready to cry, but stood there and took it. and went back to work. The girls name on her tag was Mads. I took notice because she was professional. I honestly felt horrible for her. That manager has absolutely no respect for her employees. It has happened more times then I can count. I will be going to the dunkin on 302 from now on. You need to fire that woman. She does not know how to manage her staff. No wonder there are always new faces. Not to mention the wait times are horrible. The only reason i am giving this place 2 stars is because of the friendly staff as of recent. Get a manager that can speak and smile!!!(which she never is smiling btw) HORRIBLE MANAGER!!!

Sadly everything was terrible except the service considering only 3 girls working. Hash browns cold, cheese burnt on sandwich and coffee tasted so old. This is not the employees fault, you can only do so much with 3 people and a constant line on drive thru. Manager needs to try and get more help and it would fix all the problems! Management gets no stars, employees thanks for being there!😁

The worst. Staff is consistently and EXTREMELY rude and they consistently mess up your order. They don’t even make the basic food right let alone if you have any modifications. I’ve been overcharged for modifications so many times here even though they don’t actually modify your food. Their ONLY saving grace is that they’re one of the only drive through places in town and the Walden location isn’t much better. The whole crew needs an attitude and quality check.
