If you don't want to have problems, don't live here. I lived at Avalon for seven years and when I left they were charging me for a month payment rent since I give 30 days previous notice that I was leaving, as I was recommended from the local crew when I renewed my contract in the previous year. I Called the lease office and also customer care center they were both rude and said you need to follow the contract. I had so many friends that had problems in the end. of their contract. So If you pretend to live there just be aware you will have problems when you leave!

It is about 2 weeks since we moved in. Anthony and Miguel did their best to make sure the unit is up to Avalon standards. The response from Maintenance team is very quick and their work is the best. So far, we loved everything about the Avalon Northborough.

I highly recommend Avalon Northborough to anyone who is looking for apartments in this area. Chrissy from the front office has been extremely responsive, patient, and helpful with all the questions I've had; and Saul from the maintenance team is extremely friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable - everything you could ask for from a maintenance technician. All my interactions with the Avalon Northborough team have been a great experience; plus a very convenient location - walking distance to Wegmans, stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and can get right on Rt. 9/Rt. 20!

I really enjoy living here at Avalon. The maintenance team is fabulous, all of them! I have dealt mostly with Dean and Saul, who are always considerate, kind and truly wonderful men. I want to say also that those in the front office are just lovely, Chrissy especially!
