Incredible meal! There were 14 of us, and every single one of us loved our choice! Appetizers, main courses, desserts— all delicious! Peter is a gem, the waitstaff was wonderful. Highly recommend!

1st time here. Excellent food cooked your way. Friendly and courteous wait staff. $$-$$$. Business casual dress. Reservation recommended, but not always needed. It's outside of Milford so you avoid the tourists and over crowding. Definitely coming back.

My cocktail (Asian pear) was absolutely delicious. As was the cream of mushroom and garlic soup, and the corn chowder (special). But at 5 pm, they had already run out of my first choice main course, and many of the others had a sweet …Hello Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your thoughts following your recent visit. I would like to apologize for your main entree option not being available. As with what is on par with the supply chain issues that are extremely prevalent in our world at this time, I (and I am certainly not alone) have been experiencing great challenges in maintaining a full stock of food, liquors, wines, beers, paper goods…the list goes on. I am personally shopping several times weekly in hopes to have enough of what I need to keep the doors of this restaurant open. I do not cook from a frozen stock of inventory and will continue to strive to always have the freshest ingredients on hand, this I will not compromise on. I would much prefer being out of an item then to replace it with something subpar to be able to place a dish in front of a customer. This is just not who I am as a chef and business owner. I am sorry that you weren’t satisfied with the flavor profiles on certain dishes, however I am always happy to customize or create something that suits your palette (this is noted at the bottom of our menu). As far as your discomfort with no masks, distancing, etc….I must have you know that we have followed every single mandate, guideline, protocol which was set in place by our Governor at that given time. We have never violated any of that and have moved forward at a time that we felt it was safe and appropriate to do so. My staff has been fully vaccinated and continues to work as safely and as smartly as we have been doing. My restaurant is Covid certified. Perhaps, you may consider utilizing our takeout service to give you that peace of mind and feeling of safety if you are uneasy sitting inside of a restaurant during this pandemic. Barbara, once again I appreciate your feedback. I am doing the absolute best that I can to stay above the water during such a challenging time in our country and world. I have been working 120 hours on average per week and I have to admit, I am tired. Please have grace with us, all of us in this industry, as we are facing new challenges every week to merely survive.
