Bad today I applied for Driver delivery and they don't even let me sit down when they tell me they can't give me a job because I'm not fully English I don't understand why to make Amazon deliveries you have to be fully English when the driver doesn't speak to any customer . I may be talking about one thing or another but I see it as necessary. I saw this as asto racist

I'm not sure if bots are leaving reviews are what. If you decide to work here near Christmastime, good luck. You'll be sprinting around the aisles for seven-eight hours literally up to your ankles in the packages you're chucking around (there's far too many for a whole team to keep up) aside from your 15-minute "break" consisting partially of the walk back to the break room and the bathroom line. Good luck keeping up with your 100% best speed for the entire midnight to morning shift because that *is* what's expected of you. Then it's time to sort out all the package carts, which takes however long it needs to take (a few hours), which is when you need to be prepared for getting yelled at by managers for not moving when there's such a cart traffic jam that there's nowhere to go anyways. It comes across as the sort of thing Amazon would *love* to automate, they just haven't gotten around to it yet. In the meantime they expect humans to be just as efficient.
