I am 25 years old and have psoriatic arthritis since the age of 16. The experience I had with Dr Anderson was not the type of experience you want to have with your doctor. Last summer, I had a physical which he cancelled on the day of. No contact or communication was ever coordinated with me. Fast forward to now, he has apparently moved to a different location and I was never informed. I had a rheum appointment today, but because there was absolutely no communication about his move, I do not have a primary care physician to give them a referral. As a matter of fact, they said they had absolutely no record of me. So now, I am frantically trying to get a new PCP while my arthritis medication continues to run out. It has become abundantly clear to me that these individuals do not care about your health, safety, or well-being. Take my advice and try another route instead of Reliant.

I show up for my appointment and the nurse returns to tell you the doctor that i am scheduled with isnt a specialist in what i came in for..... i waited 30 min to be told i had to come back in another day so they can schedule me with the right doctor. By far the most unprofessional place to be treated. Reliant medical group should be avoided at all cost. The front desk wanted the to also share to everyone how much i havnt payed on my account(havnt even recieved my bill yet) but none the less horrible experience as always with reliant keep up the great work !

The building is clean. But the staff can be incredibly insensitive. I never get calls for test results and it feels Impossible to get answers from the “professionals” as far as what’s going on with me. It doesn’t comfort anyone to hear a Dr say “I don’t know” more than twice in a single visit.

It's very hard to find medical professionals in Worcester, ESP in Reliant who can actually keep a schedule, and my first visit here is no exception. I made the first appointment in the morning to try to be seen on time, and even though I was first up, it was still 20 minutes after the schedule time before they could see me. I rate this 2 stars because schedules are made so that neither person wastes their time waiting. In my mind, when I have a 8am appointment, I should be seen at 8am. I realize that 99% of people in Worcester in the profession seem to act like schedules are more of a guideline, but I disagree. To quote the policy from one of my previous employers: Early is OnTime OnTime is Late and Late is Fired. I thank God that my PCP is actually able to keep a schedule, and is in the Reliant infrastructure, so I know *it is possible.* He should do talks on it!

No, but not clear what 'dried testing' is about. Also haven't smoked in 35 years
Yes you can! We have a lab on the second floor.
