Lovely green oasis just off of Rte 2. The universal access trail is well maintained and winds through a meadow, beneath shady trees and past a pond. Pretty views and a nice place to see birds and butterflies. Be aware that the trail to the upper meadow has a 13% grade, which will make it difficult for some.

Beautiful place with a fascinating history. The estate and conservation lands of the late Louise Doyle, daughter of Bernard Doyle - pioneer of pyroxylin plastic and cofounder of Viscoloid Company. They made the first plastic hair combs, followed by toys and countless other plastic applications over the decades that our parents and grandparents surely used in their homes and new tech. Both daughter and father were renowned philanthropists.

An absolutely beautiful place to take a stroll. Very easy loops, no crazy trails or anything. Lots of different areas to check out, lots of places to sit and relax. It really is a very peaceful part of Leominster. Always clean and well maintained. Lots of wildlife almost every time I go. So many different types of trees and flowers. Also plenty of areas that are shady if you're looking to escape the hot summer sun. But there are also plenty of areas where you can soak those rays in. Never super busy either which is also nice when you're looking for slme serenity. The pond is my favorite area, and just a short walk from the parkinglot where there is lots of free parking. There are always lots of frogs, toads, birds and goldfish there. Some times you can catch the family of ducks if you're lucky. And also deer passing thru.

No , but there are a few of State Parks in the area. Pearl Hill, Willard Brook, are a couple.

Does it actually close at 6? It’s 5:45 and I was just about to head there with the dogs :(

They tend not to enforce it. I have been there with 5 other people after 11 and they did not care. As long as you dont cause a disturbance you should be all set.
