Do not ever buy jewelry from Kay, EVER. Fair warning and I am saving you the time and trouble of them selling warranties and NOT holding up their end of the deal. Refusing to cover something under their warranty and wanting us to pay over $800 for repair when we only paid $1800 for the ring. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!

If I could put no stars I would! Brought my ring in for inspection may 30th and Diamonds we’re loose so they sent it in to get fixed, didn’t get it back till June 22nd when my boyfriend picked it up sent me a picture he was there getting my ring he game me the ring and I noticed a Diamond was missing right away he trusted them that it be all set knowing I gave it to them with No diamonds missing and got it back with the biggest Diamond out of the ring missing. They said oh well we inspected and take pictures of our rings when they get back so that couldn’t of happen when I have picture proof that it was missing when he did pick it up from them unbelievable WILL NEVER SHOP AT A KAYS JEWELERS AGAIN!!!!! Buyers beware.

Kay Jewelers always has excellent customer service. A special shout out to Anna who recently helped my husband and me pick out wedding bands for our wedding! She was so personable and makes sure her customer leaves feeling happy! She is a sweetheart and so happy we got to work with her! I am now waiting for my engagement ring and wedding band to be sautered! I can't wait to see it, they always do a beautiful job and have such gorgeous jewelry!!!
