I absolutely love Dr. Mateer. She was so kind but informative when I miscarried my first pregnancy. She helped me through it and was there every step of the way through my second pregnancy and delivered my son. She was always genuine with every interaction and gave you her time. I never felt rushed and never left feeling like I didn't know what to expect with the care I was receiving. I will continue to use her going forward and will recommend her to everyone looking for a OBGYN.

Erin Mateer is one of the most kind hearted doctors I’ve ever met. Unfortunately I experienced a miscarriage while going here 2 years ago & I must say Erin, Courtney & Heather handled the situation better than I could have ever expected. They made me feel heard, understood and most importantly, that I wasn’t alone. I ended up getting a D & C done by Mateer and was terrified from hearing so many negative things about getting a D & C. All the nurses were so sweet and understanding and to put the cherry on top after my surgery Mateer just came and sat on my bed and hugged me. I’ve never met a more empathetic doctor. And NOW i have a sweet little 6 month old that Mateer delivered! First baby: no tearing, my epidural was literally so perfect I could still move myself but still at the same time I couldn’t feel a thing & every one in the delivery room had me smiling pushing my son out. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with Erin Mateer & I recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/GYN!!!

Dr. Mateer, where do I begin? From the moment I met you, I knew you were different than all of my other experiences with OB-GYN’s. You 100% genuinely cared so much about someone you just met. I could feel your love for what you do and the amazing heart you have. I had struggled with infertility and loss which took a toll on my mental health. I was also suffering with my gynecological problems that no one else would listen to. You did everything you could for me but it didn’t take long for you to agree to a hysterectomy which other doctors wouldn’t even discuss due to my age. I knew this was the right answer. As a nurse, I was well informed to make this decision as well. It has been life changing for me since day 1 post-op. I have had no more pain and never regretted one second of it. I could go on and on about the exceptional care you provided me in the hospital and how you went above and beyond for me, coming in at 6am after a surgery that lasted until almost midnight just to check on me before you went back to the office for another day. Your office staff is just as wonderful as you are and Kourtney has always been so compassionate to me and always went out of her way for me as well. You are a beautiful soul, and an expert at your field. I will never forget the care you have given me, and will never be able to thank you enough! As a labor and delivery nurse now, I can only hope that I will be able to touch my patients lives the way you have mine ❤️❤️

I love love love LOVEE Dr. Mateer. Had a bad experience with my first pregnancy and the OB office I had chosen, she listened to me about all the little details and is still listening to me and my concerns/questions with this pregnancy. Very informative, very compassionate, I can’t say enough about how awesome she and her staff is! Always in a good mood and very professional. Courtney is awesome at the front desk, the nurse is always friendly and sweet. I would recommend anyone to this office! You may wait a little to see Dr Mateer, but she is totally worth the wait. Never rushes your appointments, you can ask all the questions you need and you never feel pushed through or just like another number.
