After having back surgery I needed to find a place for PT, I couldn’t have made a better decision, with Janice at the front desk always having a smile and a good word even when I had to change so many appointments, to working with Elise who after eight weeks had me feeling better than I have in years . I have heard of places that string you along to keep the money coming in, Elise told me I was doing great and didn’t need her anymore even though I had more scheduled appointments, that says a lot to me, I hope I never have to go to PT again for anything but if I do it will be with these guys. Great physical therapists. Very safe during Covid. Brian, my PT, was amazing. He listened carefully to all my concerns before every appointment. He treated me with respect, kindness and was gentle when performing manual therapy. Brian thought outside the box to help me rehab my new hip due to having Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The other physical therapists were also kind and Janis, the office manager, was great, vey pleasant. I would highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy in Marshfield.
