I loved my massage at this place. Definitely will be going back. I liked that the masseuse didn’t talk the whole time. I like it to be quiet so I can relax

Depending on what your purpose for massage therapy is (relaxation or therapeutic), either a swedish or deep tissue if you can take the more focused pressure. If relaxation is your goal, lomi lomi is also a good choice. Unlike swedish or deep tissue, it incorporates long flowing strokes and treats the body as a whole instead of particular spots, one after the other. There are also under body techniques with the lomi lomi that add deeper pressure so it can also be therapeutic at the same time. Two thing to consider before a lomi lomi. First, there is a significant amount of oil used. Not that this is a negative but something that differs from swedish/deep tissue. Also the draping is much more minima since the body is massage as a wholel. It requires a greater sense of personal comfort with yourself and the therapist but is also very comforting. Either way, it would be hard to go wrong with any choice and maybe eventually try all three and decide which is best.
