The facility is top notch. If you have no teeth your good food is going to be mush, sorry. Other wise top notch care. I stopped in to check on my older sister, as far as the medical staff is concerned everyone was professional and great. I'm sorry but i am not happy with treatment from staff social worker. I stopped by her office asking to schedule a meet about my concerns sometime this week. My sister and I were told she was to busy. Maybe later in the week. I asked if we should check back and was told she will come look for us. Never happened! Shame.

My mom has been at CareOne for 3 days now and she is receiving wonderful care so far! The facility is gorgeous and they even allowed me to bring my dog for visits. I would absolutely refer anyone to this facility!

Was there to visit a friend. Walking through this rehabilitation facility was great. It’s very clean and everyone there is very friendly. I was impressed with the check - in panel. Easy and efficient.

My brother is there. Everyone is so very pleasant, kind and helpful. The place is super clean, impeccable. The care is excellent!! I feel very comfortable know he is under the care of Care One Millbury!

By the way...... for anyone interested most of the 5 stars and good ratings are from management themselves. They don’t want the truth to get out. Once the truth gets out about how terrible this place is no patients which means no money. All they care about is the money. They don’t give a damn about the patients. My gran was here on the Alzheimer’s unit and was left soaked so many times. Disgusting. The aides were so mean to the patients. Nurses were no better.
