Disappointed in the flowers (sent to my Step-mother). I order a full bouquet of mixed colors of carnations. Paid $62 (including delivery). She received 13 carnations red, white and pink… I trusted that a florist would have put together and delivered something more than I could have just picked up at the grocery store. Extremely disappointing

I highly recommend Especially Yours! I received a beautiful arrangement. The flowers have lasted over a week. I used their site to place an order. Their website was easy to use. The flowers arrived on the correct delivery date.The recipient stated that the flowers were gorgeous!

I live in Maine and my mom lives in MA. I ordered flowers from 1800 Flowers for my mom for Valentines Day. These guys are the local florist that delivered my mom's flowers. I got a pic of the flowers that were delivered. Not the ones I ordered. I called 1800Flowers and advised them of the mishap. They had ordered a replacement to be shipped for the following Monday. The flowers never showed. I called again and was told that the flowers I ordered were not available. A phone call would have been greatly appreciated by the local florist (Especially Yours) to let me know. I was advised that another replacement order would be sent on Wednesday. Needless to say, that order never arrived either. Totally disgusted at the lack of communication from this place with regard to the flower delivery. Just bad business.

I recently ordered a dozen roses for my wife's birthday and they were delivered early in the morning of her special day. The flowers were gorgeous and she was thrilled. I've been a customer of Especially Yours for more than 20 years and have always been pleased with the great customer service and the flowers we've gotten. If there's a problem (which has been rare) they'll fix it right away. Rick and Frank are two very special people and they will have my business for as long as they own
