Love home Depot. I go multiple times a week. I love the gardening section. I wanted to go today but I didn't have a good enough reason for my hubby to take me. Butttt I'm going tomorrow!!!🤗

I went to purchase 2 tube flourescent light bulbs and they tried to charge me $200 for them when they actually cost $13.00 because they couldn't find the correct skew in the system.

This has to be the worst Home Depot I've been to. The electrical devices section was a disaster. Switches just thrown everywhere. Two items l looked up on the app said in stock, but were not (found the barcode, no product...). When looking for pipe sealant, the app directed me to the door aisle. Carts and debris everywhere. Staff standing around taking and flirting with each other. Will not be back. I'm #TeamHomeDepot, but I suggest you go to the Lowe's next door, for Bloomfield residents.

So unprofessional. Had an issue with a delivery (never received my product), and the employees weren’t willing to actually help. Only argued with me that there’s nothing I can do on my end. And refused to refund me. Went through The Home Depot Customer Service, and it got handled right away.
