Great service, highly competent, experienced staff. Great family business. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Bloomfield Bike is a great shop. Mike and Rachael are incredible, helpful, friendly, and fair. I have had my old Specialized bike serviced there for years, ands this week purchased a new electric bike Biria electric bike. The folks at Bloomfield are very customer focused and want you to make the best choice for you, not the most expensive. I trust them and have had nothing but great support over the years.

This store is amazing! All I knew when I went was I wanted an E-bike. Rachel gave so much information I had to go home and think about it. When I came back we tested many bikes to help find the right one for ME, not just a sale! I will forever be a customer and friend!!!

I am a Long time customer, however when I stopped in for a spoke today Mike just blew me off...You can't tell me a bike shop doesn't have spokes? He just didn't want to bother with a $1.00 sale...Every sale counts especially the small ones because it shows you care about your customer no matter how big or small the sale. I bought a very expensive electric mountain bike here and he blows me off for a spoke....Disappointed to say the least.......Come on Mike you can do better!
