Employees in the Printing department need to learn how to approach customers when they're at the copy machines, computers, etc and ask if they need help. These same employees also need to be a bit more polite. They aren't helpful at all.

The Copy Center Staff are absolutely AWESOME! So is the geek staff in computer repair. Staples is a life-saver. They are always quick with turnaround time too. I don't know how they do it! Friendly helpful staff will guide you. Thank you Staples for always being there. :-)
