With the help of Rick, Tim, and Brandi, we bought a Z545R. Credit card purchases are a bit wack but wanted to finance anyway. Took a bit of time to get the mower to the house, but at the same time every industry is pressed for inventory and people these days. LOVE how well the mower works for us. Literally cut my time by half an hour and that's with 12" grass... im sure it'll be even faster now that I have everything back to normal. (This wasn't a planned purchase, our old one crapped out.) Major, major props to Tim who responded quickly even after hours. Also a shout out to Brandi because she was super nice about everything and was very accommodating and pleasant and knew what she was talking about. Hard to find these days for both of them. I'm sure if it wasn't the middle of spring with a spur of the moment purchase they would get 5 stars no doubt.

Ordering a new lawnmower and attachments was a breeze. They put customer service at a level I haven’t seen by many places anymore. After having the mower picked up for service, it was brought back completely cleaned, on-time, and everyone was very friendly and courteous. I’d highly recommend this company as they put the customer experience at a very high level.

First and foremost, it’s highly recommended to use only ethanol-free gasoline (you may already know that, but I wanted to point that out first). If you haven’t yet done so, I would replace the annual maintenance items (spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter & foam pre-filter) and see how it runs from there. If you’re still having concerns after addressing those items (they should be done annually, anyway; don’t forget to change the oil and filter as well), you may need to adjust the carburetor and/or clean the valves. I highly doubt the latter would be the issue considering the age of the mower, but the blended pump gas can do a number on small engines, so it’s not impossible.
