The staff here are awesome. Good attitude, very helpful. They laugh at my bad jokes too! Even after shopping here for years, it still makes going to other stores feel depressing by comparison.

Like the Boston road, wilbraham store the best. Best stocked. Always like their deli meats. They seem to last much longer than other area supermarket chains. Have to watch the pricing at Big Y though. I,ve noticed that certain items are higher in some locations than in others. Maybe altering their prices to fit the economic population of the area they are located in?

I'm not sure what you're asking. Can you elaborate on what you mean by "load?" If you mean to bring in coupons, simply hand them to your cashier upon purchase.
