Jennifer Ruggia is the Best!! She is warm, friendly, and a Fabulous Interior Designer!!! We were in sync on my initial visit!! She helped me with Custom Sectional choices, fabrics and coordinating pillows!! Then we moved on to Dining rooms! She helped me choose a custom Farmhouse style, colors and seat fabrics! Then brought the Hubs for our second visit and we sat down again and helped us made some tweaks and then placed our orders!! We had the greatest experience in the buying of our three piece Sectional at Seigermans. Allan Rosenberg our salesman was perfect! Katherine in the office took care of all the details perfectly! Tim the furniture repair company took care of a few minor details after delivery. The delivery people were great too. I give all of them a perfect score of 100%! I don’t usually post reviews, but our shopping experience with Rob K. At Seigerman’s has been so exceptional and rewarding that I felt compelled to do so. My wife and I purchased totally custom furniture and pieces displayed in the showroom. Rob helped us with the custom piece design, even coming to our home and taking measurements, then producing sketches on the spot of his suggestions. For the showroom furniture, Rob understood our design direction and interpreted it with fabric and finish suggestions. Rob is more than a furniture salesman. He’s a designer and decorator and friend. We were so impressed with Rob and Seigerman’s, we even purchased custom and showroom furniture for our new Florida home. Seigerman’s will accumulate the furniture in New York and ship to Florida when all the pieces are available. Even the Seigerman’s delivery personnel are personable and do a great assembly job. We are very proud of the furniture Rob helped us pick out for both houses and recommend Rob and Seigerman’s highly.

I stopped into Seigerman's Furniture in November of 2021 to browse with a friend in need of a sofa. Immediately, Robert Knaster introduced himself and said if we were ever in need of any custom furniture to give him a call. I took the card because I knew in the near future I would need a small, plain custom desk for my mini office. I reached out to Rob via text and sent him an amateur sketch on a post it with the dimensions and he responded right away. Rob took it very seriously and listened to my idea and made the process effortless. He took my little sketch on a post it and turned it into a reality. We have come to anticipate much longer wait times than we would have pre-Covid to receive goods and services from manufacturers. So, I understood when Rob gave me an estimated delivery date of 6-8 weeks. Surprisingly, I received my desk within a fraction of the time that he said it would take to build. I cannot wait to work with Rob again on other projects for myself as well as future clients when my interior decorating business is launched.
