The staff at the Massachusetts Veterans cemetery were wonderful and extremely helpful with putting my sister's ashes in her final resting place with her husband

My husband and I chose this beautiful cemetery for his final place of rest on this earth. The grounds are immaculately kept, the chapel with an entire wall of glass to see outdoors during services, and the amazing, respectful staff made up our minds.

The scenery is beautiful here. The staff, however, rubbed me the wrong way. My girlfriend's father had passed away and when we were leaving after his funeral they were very rude. They forced her to take flowers meant for his grave because there was already another arrangement of flowers, and when she told them she couldn't transport them without a box they simply told her "good luck with that" and walked off.

My grandson and I had the privilege to attend today's Veteran Ceremony. Well done! The speakers all spoke from the heart and gave moving tributes to all who served to keep us free. Thank you! God bless America and all who fought so we may continue to be free.

I would call their office and speak to someone because every case is different. They can help you and let you know what you need.
Wreaths are placed here every year near Christmas. I do not know if it is through Wreaths Across America, and I do not know if they intend to do so this year with COVID in full swing. My father is buried here, and the grounds are meticulously kept. The cemetery chose to put out flags for Memorial Day even while the National cemeteries did not. I am sure that they will do everything in their power to show respect for those buried here if it is safe to do so.
Unsure, give them a call
Ceremonies at Veterans’ Cemeteries Many state veterans’ cemeteries and other resting places for military members in Massachusetts host annual Memorial Day ceremonies. Winchendon Cemetery — A 45-minute ceremony begins at 9 a.m. at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon.Agawam Cemetery — The event at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Agawam, where thousands of veterans have been laid to rest, lasts about 45 minutes and starts at 1 p.m.Massachusetts National Cemetery — Operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Massachusetts National Cemetery is located in Bourne. The Avenue of Flags lines the entrance and displays flags donated by the families of veterans buried there. A remembrance will take place on May 28 at 1 p.m. Notable gravesites include those of Medal of Honor recipients and an unknown United States soldier I gave you more information than asked for. This was copied from Mass.gov blog.
It is usually around 10am, I will try to find it and let you know
Barbara they put wreaths on all the graves on the 3rd Saturday of December at 11:45 a.m. and they remain there until the 15th of January
