My ears were plugged with wax. The assistant tried very hard to dislodge the wax, but the physician’s assistant got the job done. Bravo. As an aside, the premises were less than cleanly, especially the exam room I occupied. The coffee machine was broken but should have been removed.from the waiting room.

Tori and to G went beyond and above to take care of me . Honestly it was some of the best Care Iv got in a urgent care . With 17 stitches the doctor was amazing he was actually very gentle and took care of me very well thank you urgent care for your help

Made a scheduled appt online for a Sat am. Was actually 5 min late and was seen approx 10 min later. The Provider Melanie Clark was professional and actively listened to my concerns . Gave her explanation/ diagnosis and prescribed abx & a Topical steroid cream. Clinic rooms and waiting area very clean.

The only reason this place gets two stars instead of just one is because the staff was (mostly) friendly, and I got in and out fairly quickly. However, do not accidentally miss a call from them and expect to reach them by calling back. I got a voicemail yesterday at 5:56 pm asking that I call back when I get a chance to discuss a lab result. I called back at 6pm, 6:06pm, and 6:53pm. No answer, no way to leave a voicemail (really? What kind of doctor’s office doesn’t have a VOICEMAIL BOX?), and the recording states that they close at 6pm, when their website and Google both clearly state 8pm. If you close at 6pm, why would you call and leave a voicemail four minutes prior to closing if I wouldn’t be able to reach you back? On the other hand, if you close at 8pm, why don’t you change your recording? Is consistency too much to ask for? I have called twice now today at 8:51am AND 8:52am, when they’re supposedly open, and no answer AGAIN either time. This is completely unacceptable, I just want to know why I’m feeling sick and this place is not set up to help you at all. I will absolutely be taking myself elsewhere next time. Quite frankly I think I’d rather wait hours in the ER.
