The store/sales managers at the Dover store are extremely unprofessional, nasty and unfriendly. When I asked to speak with someone higher up in the company a sales manager named Sandy refused and hung up the phone on me. I will never spend my money at this store ever again.

From the moment I walked in the store, I knew I had found "the place" for furnishing our new home. To start with , the store has beautiful furniture, everywhere you look, and lots of it! The atmosphere is calming and low pressure so I felt very comfortable browsing for as long as I liked to look at different styles and price points. They have both. When I was ready with some questions, I approached the sales professional, Danielle. She was such a friendly, knowledgeable professional. It was evident she knew her furniture! She did NOT pressure me to buy, but rather presented options for various styles and price points. After looking for a bit, she also asked if I would be interested in the free design service they offer, I was. Danielle introduced me to Nancy, the interior design specialist and from there, the three of us became a team. The pair came to my house the following week to take pictures and measurements and to get a feel for the style of my house and my personal style. We discussed my current budget, as well as considerations for down the road a bit. Danielle and Nancy were both very accommodating of my concerns for budget. A few days later, my husband and I went to the store to see what Nancy had put together for consideration. Wow! To say that she and Danielle completely nailed it, is an understatement. We loved almost every single item and fabric they proposed. The few pieces we did not especially like, we felt very comfortable stating that. In the end, we bought most of our living room and dining room furniture, as well as taking away some ideas for future purposes. We have a plan now of how the house will come together and be beautiful and cohesive throughout. I could have never done it myself. James was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable and, when we had to make a change to our order a couple weeks after placing it, he suggested we bring a designer, Nancy, into the conversation. Nancy's design recommendations were fantastic and she was great at helping us visualize how the furniture would fit in our space. Their patience with us as we made our decisions was great and we didn't feel any pressure. We are so pleased with our experience thanks to James and Nancy!
